MTG - Merry Those Giving

Merry Early Christmas, everyone! lol Wanting some inspiration for more of my mtg cards, I found one thinking of Christmas!
Santa is a bit generous, letting everyone get a gift from their deck, but hey - it's Santa! It's Christmas! 
Plus he can make it real hard to cast anything now and then, being hard to use more than one or two mana. (Don't want any naughty casters. hehe)
